Welcome to After Hours Pediatric Urgent Care.
We're open 365 days a year.
Monday to Friday: 5 pm - 9 pm
Weekends and Holidays: 12 pm - 6 pm
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day: 12pm - 4pm
Office staff arrive 30 minutes before we open if you need to come in sooner to get signed in and registered.

After Hours offers services similar to those at a pediatrician's office, outside of regular working hours.
We offer services similar to those at a pediatrician's office, outside of regular working hours. After Hours Pediatric Urgent Care offers treatment of minor injuries and illness, lacerations, nebulizer treatments for asthmatic patients, and temporary casting and splinting for orthopedic injuries.
Flu shots for children and their families are available during flu season and the center provides onsite laboratory testing for rapid flu, strep and mononucleosis. We are contracted with Quest Laboratory for daily routine or stat pick ups. Comprehensive Sports Physicals are also offered, and we offer the services of an on-call facial plastic surgeon as well as a pediatric orthopedic group, should patients require them.
We are the only Pediatric Urgent Care in the Greater St. Louis and St. Charles area.
