Sometimes sick kids need the Emergency Department during evenings, weekends and on holidays; sometimes waiting in an emergencey room is warranted; but,  children who need medical attention—yet do not have an emergency condition-—don't belong in a crowded waiting room at a busy emergency room.

We're the ONLY After Hours Urgent Care facility in Missouri which specializes in pediatrics. Our staff is comprised of pediatricians and pediatric nurse practitioners and each member of our highly qualified medical team has more than twenty years of pediatric care experience.

All of our patients are seen on a walk-in basis; no appointment is needed.

Our wait times are usually less than twenty minutes (which doesn't leave much time for children to watch selections from our library of Disney videos)

We accept all major insurance plans as well as HCUSA, Harmony, and Mercy CarePlus. Unlike emergency room visits, the co-pay for a visit to After Hours Pediatric Urgent Care is usually the same as an office visit.
 
 Please note: After Hours Pediatric Urgent Care Centers does NOT accept any type of debit, credit or health spending account credit cards. Co-Pays may be paid with a check or cash. We do not accept any out of state checks, and the co-pay is expected at the time of the visit.

•  We collaborate very effectively with patients' home physicians...

We aren't here to provide primary care, and we strongly believe that all of our patients should have a primary pediatric home. While we are committed to providing our patients with excellent urgent care after hours, we are also committed to providing their primary care pediatrician with excellent follow-up information.  After each patient is seen, all relevant information is immediately faxed to their pediatrician's office for inclusion in their medical record.  This is why so many pediatricians refer their own patients to us time and time again. 

Patient Privacy:
Patient Privacy is critical to our practice.  All patients will be presented with Patient Privacy Practice at their visit.  Your signature will be requested at that time to ensure that you have reviewed and understand these practices.
